Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposits:

All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 deposit or 20 % whichever is greater. Visa and MasterCard accepted for deposits only. A personal check is accepted for deposit but must be received within 5 business days from the date of the reservation.

Balance due is payable by check 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by us ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice less than ninety (90) days, the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation, at the same rate.

Less than 60 days the rental fee will be forfeited unless we can rent the condo for the for the full term of your reservation, at the same rate.

Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation.

We do offer trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

Security/Damage Deposit:

A security/damage deposit of $ 200.00 is required for your reservation to cover damages and extra charges incurred by our renters. This deposit covers, physical damage, lost keys, extra cleaning, excess laundry, missing items and long distance telephone calls.

A credit card security/damage deposit waiver is available instead of a $200.00 cash deposit. This would allow us to charge your credit card for damages or extra charges incurred by your rental. Use the credit card waiver if you do not want to post the
$ 200.00 security deposit. A credit card waiver is supplied to each renter, you have the option of posting the cash security deposit or using the credit card waiver. Nothing is charged to your credit card UNLESS we are billed for any above instances.

The cash security/damage deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival and is refunded within 3 weeks after your check out date.

The credit card security/damage waiver is held in your file for any extra charges. If there are no additional charges, there is nothing charged against your credit card and the damage waiver is destroyed by shredding. 99% of the time there are no additional charges.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

We make every effort to reduce the inconvenience to you by expediting any necessary repairs to the condos, appliances and fixtures, as well as to the amenities and common elements of the complex. No rebate can be approved due to circumstances beyond our control.
