| A203 is
located in the gulf front " A " building on the western side of the Sundial
Resort. It is the largest of the one bedroom/one bath condos, an A-1 club suite. 928 total
square footage. The view is of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, there is nothing to
hinder your view from this condo. This condo looks directly out at the beach as well as
down the beach. It is 25 feet from the beach from A203. This condo is decorated in tropical furnishings, colors of peach and teal. White tile in the condo and teal carpeting in bedroom and living room area. The 25 foot screen enclosed balcony is furnished with a table for two, a recliner and ottoman, a chaise lounge and small table. The telescopic balcony doors are wall to wall and floor to ceiling glass to enhance your views of Sanibel's beautiful white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining room seats four. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceran top stove with self cleaning oven, full refrigerator and microwave. Our condos are set up with the comforts of home.
