3A3 is located in the 3rd building, 3rd floor It is a corner condo having 3 extra windows in the living room, dining area and kitchen. This condo is 1000 square feet of living space.

The view from this condo is a fabulous panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

3A3 is decorated in tropical furnishings, colors of teal and tan. Grey tile is in this condo and teal carpeting in the living room and bedrooms.

The 15 foot balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for four. The master bedroom is beachside. The balcony connects to the master bedroom and living room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Sofa in living room has two recliners for your comfort, as well, as a stand alone recliner.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, dishwasher, ceran top stove with self cleaning oven, full refrigerator and microwave.

This condos is set up with the comforts of home. A washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. Two TV's, VCR, books, movies and a CD/cassette/radio.
